Please contact us at hello@tasselrue.com within 7 days of delivery. 

Ship item/s back within 14 days of delivery. (Buyer is responsible to pay return shipping costs unless there is a problem with a defective item.) 

 E-mail us before sending your package. (hello@tasselrue.com) This is a very important step. We like to make sure that we know a package is coming so we can prepared to get your jewelry back to you as soon as possible. 

Package your jewelry in a way that won't incur further damage. We suggest a small jewelry box and some tissue paper.

Make sure to send the package with a tracking number. This is essential! We need to be able to monitor the package. If you send the package without a tracking number and we don't receive the package, we will not honor the guarantee. When you e-mail us, we will provide the address to send the package. 

 

We will refund within 7 days of receiving the package. The amount will be refunded back to the method of payment you used to purchase.

Please allow 3-5 days for processing your order. (Please note our processing time is the amount of time required to create your piece, package it and send it on its way to you. Your delivery time with USPS is in addition to our processing time.)

We use USPS First Class Shipping and automatically add insurance for orders over $200.00. 

Orders will be sent with a tracking number and you will receive an e-mail once your product has been shipped. Please make sure your e-mail is correct and do check your spam folder.

Please make sure your mailing address is correct. We can not be held responsible if the address is incorrect and becomes "lost" in the mail. 

Please make sure you are sending the package to a secure location--we can not be held responsible for peoples' devious behaviors.
